What is the cancellation policy?
A guest can cancel free of charge 48 hours in advance of arrival by 1530 local time with no charge.

What time is check in & check out?
Check in is from 3.30 pm & check out is 12 noon
Can I check in early ?
Yes, but we cannot guarantee your room will be ready, you can register & we can store your luggage & have it dropped up to your room
Can I get a late check out?
This is on a request basis only on check in at the hotel & subject to availability
Can I store luggage?
Yes, we can store your luggage for you, free of charge at our main reception desk

Yes, all rooms have air-conditioning
Do you have triple rooms?
We have triple rooms available to book over the phone or via email.
What is available in the room ?
Iron & Ironing board: Yes
Do you have disabled access rooms?
We have one wheelchair accessible room, grab rails in the bathroom, walk in shower. (Superior King / Twin)
Do you have parking?
We have 2 options available for parking
Valet Parking is €10 for the duration of your stay. Pull up at the front entrance to The g hotel where you will be met by our concierge team who will take care of your car and luggage on arrival.
Or we have complimentary onsite parking. To access this, please go behind the hotel to the Wellpark Retail Centre. Take the ramp for the underground parking, and follow the signs for our guest parking. There is a lift to our Reception area from the car park.
Do we offer a laundry service?
If you would like any laundry done while with us, there are laundry bags in your room which would need to be left outside your room prior to 7.00am.
We then send it offsite to a company who return it the same day, evening time.
Please note that there is no Sunday or Bank Holiday service.
Is the hotel pet friendly?
We accept Guide Dogs, and emotionally support dogs.
Is it easy to get a taxi to or from the Hotel?
Subject to availability our courtesy car is available to residents for drops off’s only.
If it is unavailable a member of the concierge or front desk team will be able to assist in arranging a taxi.
Do you have an electric car charging facility
There is a charging point at the main entrance , however this is a very low wattage & can take over 24 hours to charge & you must have your own cable
The nearest charging point is at the Galway Retail Park
Do you provide airport transfers?

Do you have swimming pool?
We have a vitality pool, Hydro-pool with massaging water jet features and pre-booking is essential.
Must be over 18 year to use the vitality pool

All spa treatments & Thermal Suite Experience MUST be booked in advance
What time is the spa open from and until
The spa is open from 8am until 8pm
