It is better than ever – (Tripadvisor April 2023)

Wow, wow, wow! This hotel is back on top of my all time favourites list! They have made big changes to their restaurant and signature lounges and we were just blown away from start to finish. Such a plush, luxurious room and bathroom. We can’t wait to return again soon!

Love this Hotel – (Tripadvisor March 2023)

We are just back from a fabulous few days in the G Hotel and I have to say I haven’t experienced a hotel like this in a very long time. Other five star hotels in Ireland could do with emulating the five star treatment you will find within this amazing hotel. Although the bedrooms , the surroundings, the drinks and food are all five star it is truly the staff that make this hotel special. It begins with the lovely welcome at reception, the wonderful staff who provide the valet service, the breakfast staff who are so attentive, runs great service at a busy period so efficiently and yet ensure that all your requirements are taken care of with a smile. Special mention to the piano player who entertained us so beautifully on the Sunday afternoon . We can’t wait for our return visit. Thank you to you all for an amazing stay!!!

Another great break, excellent service , friendly atmosphere and luxurious surroundings along with a great breakfast and the power shower is really good. Also congratulations to the staff for a nothing is to much trouble attitude it really makes a difference.

Amazing – (Tripadvisor January 2023)

I recently stayed two nights at the G hotel in Galway to surprise my partner for their birthday. Prior to arrival, I informed the staff of our recent engagement we would also be celebrating during our stay. Upon check in, we were welcomed graciously by Sara. Whom informed us of a complimentary upgrade for our celebrations. The Atrium Suite was a luxurious stay with a breathtaking panoramic view of Lough Atalia and Galway city. The attentive and kind staff continuously made our experience all the more special throughout our stay. Dinner and drinks at Gigi’s were thoughtfully delicious. Compliments to our bartender JP, whom created beautifully balanced cocktails with courteous conversations; along side staff member Dora. During our exploration of Galway, Keith graciously dropped us into city centre with plentiful of helpful suggestions. Our sincerest compliments to the G hotel and everyone of their staff, thank you for creating a wonderful celebration for my fiancé’s birthday and our engagement.

We held our Christmas Dinner Fundraiser at the G Hotel. Inez and her team were superb to deal with from the planning stage right up to the event itself. The service on the night was flawless and the food impeccable as always. On behalf of all of us at i4Life thank you for a superb night.

A Great Hotel – (Tripadvisor, November 2022)

My wife and I recently spent 4 nights at the G Hotel in Galway. It was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had in our travels. The decor of the hotel is colorful and interesting, the sleeping rooms spacious and well furnished, and the staff very service oriented.

İ arrived on 3rd of October for business trip. So far loving every bit of it. The City the hotel. Thank you the G hotel staff for making my trip easier. And thank you to the technicians for taking çare of my computer and wifi. Clean and lovely. I would recommend this hotel. And definitely will come back ağain.

 

Gorgeous Accommodations – Brian G (Tripadvisor, September 2022)

My wife and I stayed here as a part of our ‘mini-moon’. The accommodations were beautiful. The room we stayed in was clean, the bed was comfy, and the shower is magnificent. We had breakfast both mornings and the food was very good. One morning we were lucky enough to secure appointments at the Spa. The thermal spa was a really cool experience and I had one of the best massages I’ve ever experienced. All of the staff members were very accommodating. Special shoutout to Keith who offered us a ride into town using the Hotel Car free of charge when we asked to have a taxi called for us. Would highly recommend staying here.

Wow … what a fabulous hotel in Galway … great location within walking distance of the city or numerous buses (3 stops).
I had a five day stay and a fabulous upgrade to a luxury room !! The staff were really lovely the food was amazing and I’ve never seen so much food available for breakfast and all delivered to your table !!
There are numerous lounges (great cocktails) and another great pub across the road and a cinema next door.

Arrived late but great free parking and lots of it, really friendly check in and tour of lounges before heading up to my room. Liked the safety feature on lift of having to use your key card – room was huge, very tastefully decorated, bed was super comfy and fantastic shower! Lovely and quiet at night and nice, quick and friendly breakfast service before unfortunately having to leave to do a days work – will definitely be back with the gals!!

Summer Vacation – Caio R (Tripadvisor, July 2022)

The G Hotel was absolutely awesome! New facilities, the modern design permeates everything, from rooms, to furniture to the silverware in the restaurant. The ESPA is amazing, with sauna, steam room and jacuzzi really at world class level and I am pretty picky with these… a special shout to our courtesy driver Keith that took us to dinner in our second night, complementary with our hotel stay.

We recently stayed here and would highly recommend it. Our room was amazing, the bed was so comfortable and such soft pillows! Great nights sleep. The food in Gigi’s restaurant was delicious. The cocktails are also a must! The Staff were every friendly and welcoming.
The spa was excellent and we cannot wait to go back.

My wife and I came to Falway for a leg of our Ireland trip and stayed here at the g. This place is beautiful, fun, funky and an all around pleasure. From the valet, to check, to the amazing room where the entire wall is windows overlooking the water, to the service and on and on. The various lounges are beautiful and well done. Our room was impressive with a massive bathroom and a remote control to watch tv in the bath tub (if you want to). We were given a free ride downtown in a BMW 7 series at no charge. Went to get breakfast to take up to the room and when she saw I couldn’t carry it all she offered to help. It’s the little things. And Kate at the reception desk……OMG an absolute jewel and asset to the g. She brought our car around for us, told us how to get to where we’re going and park, dialed us in to the restaurants and nailed it! She made our stay (as well as the other employees) Could NOT be happier.
