Boujee Brunch at the g Hotel
Why not plan a chilled out weekend and treat yourself to a five star brunch at the g Hotel in Galway. From 18th February, the Hotels’ new brunch menu will feature an extensive menu of brunch favourites with a specially curated brunch cocktail menu.
Relax and sit back in one of the g’s signature lounges with stunning views of Lough Atalia and chill out with Ibiza vibe tunes by their resident DJ.
Brunch is available on Saturdays and Sunday from 11:30am – 3:30pm
Choose from a freshly cooked ‘full Irish’ with Kelly’s Black & White pudding and the works or opt for the Vegan option with Falafel, grilled tomoato and field mushrooms, baby potatoes and vegan sausage.
Granola Bowls and Overnight Oats g style; Brioche French Toast or American Style Buttermilk Pancakes with delicious toppings – Berry Compote, Maple Syrup & Vanilla Mascarpone OR Apple & Cinnamon with Crème Anglaise OR Peanut Butter, Banana & Smoked Bacon Crumb.
Brunch goers can also choose from Poached eggs on Toasted Muffin & Hollandaise with three options – Florentine, Benedict and Royal with Connemara Smoked Salmon.
Bigger Brunch dishes include Grilled Smoked Bacon Loin – New Potato Cake, Fried Egg, Roasted Tomato, Spiced Pepper Salsa; Flank Steak & Chips – Tomato Relish, Rocket & Fried Eggs; Baked Beans on Toast – Slow Cooked Coco Beans, Pancetta, Herbs & Spices in a rich Vine tomato Sauce, Grilled Multi seed Sourdough, Poached Egg;
Connemara Smoked Salmon – Home Made Treacle Bread, Baby Spinach, Poached Eggs with Dill & pink Peppercorn Creme Fraiche; Castletownbere Hake Kiev – Herb Crust, Tarragon & Roasted Garlic, Wild Garlic Emulsion, Fennel & Herb Slaw;
