"This hotel is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. Beautiful accommodations, lovely staff, plenty bottles of water. Beds are comfortable, air conditioning, turndown service, giant shower and separate tub, refrigerator, and safe in room. The breakfast is a wonderful spread but you can get additional breakfast foods as well. The lounges are great as well. Lovely drinks and snacks."

Stayed at this hotel for the first time. Travelled from Cork so it took nealy the 3 hours. Was worth the journey. Check in was so fast and the staff were so helpful, nothing was to much trouble. We stayed in the Deluxe Room with a view of Lough Atalia. Room was perfect. So much storage, a safe, two cupcakes and bottled water on arrival, a dvd player, and most importantly the huge bed was the best bed ever to sleep in, so comfy. Our stay was for 3 nights which included breakfast each morning. The choices for breakfast were thr usual full irish and some examples of others are eggs, eggs benedict or smoked salmon etc. There is also a huge selection of cereals, breads, juices, fruit and yoghurt. Kept us going till lunch. The hotels location is great, so easy to find and the route to the city was great too. Galway city is a fab place always busy. We loved the fact that each of the lounges had a different flavour to suit all decor. My favourite lounge was the silver & gold.....so easy to watch the world go by. Just before we arrived we decided to go with the spa treatment of - a facial/full body massage, dinner/afternoon tea and movie tickets special. This was for 120e and so worth it. We went with the afternoon tea and it was so good, we were stuffed afterwards. Would we return to this hotel......yes most definitely. We couldn't find one fault with this hotel. We enjoyed it so much that were already planning our next visit. Keep up the good work! :-) Stayed September 2014, travelled as a couple
