We firmly believe that 5 star standards and consistency in quality service and delivery is only achieved through a structured and focused training investment in our team. The benefit is threefold - you will learn and gain new knowledge and skills; the hotel will have greater efficiencies and higher consistencies within the teams; and the guest will receive dedicated professional 5 star service skills from each team member they encounter. Following a general induction programme, you will be allocated a ‘mentor’ who, in conjunction with your HOD will be responsible for coaching you in ‘on the job’ tasks associated with your job role. In addition, the hotel carries out a number of personal development programmes which you can also avail of to progress your career e.g. Train the Trainer, Team Leading Techniques, Product Knowledge  and more
