Adaptors, Chargers and Electricity Information:
The normal electric current in the UK/IRE is 230/240 volts, therefore 110-115 volt appliances will require a transformer.
Additional In-Room Amenities:
Should you need anything during your stay such as additional duvets, pillows, towels, tea, coffee or milk, please do not hesitate to contact reception by dialling 0.
Your bedroom is fitted with central heating which can be controlled from the thermostat on the wall. Should you require a fan, please don’t hesitate to ask a member of the team.

If you need to extend your stay or request a late check-out, please contact reception and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Late check-out (2pm) is available at a charge of €40
Do Not Disturb:
We understand that you may wish not to be disturbed whilst in your room. If this is the case, please flick the switch. For health and safety reasons, a check may be carried out on your welfare by Hotel Management if the sign has been displayed for a while and the housekeeping team have not been able to service your room.
Emergencies:
Medical assistance: Should you require medical assistance please contact reception. The closest A&E Department is University Hospital Galway and is approximately 5 minutes away.
Fire: Please familiarise yourself with the fire instructions and directions to your nearest emergency exit, details of which can be found in your bedroom. Should you require assistance in an emergency situation, please contact the Reception team who will complete a personal evacuation plan with you.
Our fire alarm is a two-tone siren. Our fire alarm is tested at 12 noon every Tuesday.
In Room Facilities:
You will find the following items located within your bedroom as standard: Hairdryer, steam iron and ironing board, tea and coffee making facilities, room service menu, laundry and dry cleaning information. Additional towels maybe located in the wardrobe.
Key Cards:
You are kindly requested to keep your key card on you during your stay and return it to reception at check out. Should you lose your key card, please inform a member of the reception team.
Luggage Storage:
Should you require assistance with your luggage or us to hold your luggage for a while, please contact reception. Luggage storage is complimentary for all guests.
Parking:
We have 2 options available for parking:
Valet Parking is €19 per vehicle per day. Pull up at the front entrance to the g hotel where you will be met by our concierge team who will take care of your car and luggage on arrival.
Or we have complimentary onsite parking. To access this, please go behind the hotel to the Well park Retail Centre. Take the ramp for the underground parking, and follow the signs for our guest parking. There is a lift to our Reception area from the car park.

The underground car park has EV charging points.
Pets:
We only accept Guide Dogs, and emotional support dogs.
Smoking, Vaping and e-Cigarettes:
Please be aware that by law, smoking and vaping is not allowed in any part of the hotel. The designated smoking area is located at the front of the hotel. If you smoke or vape in the room, you will be liable to pay a deep cleaning charge of €500. Our fire detectors are highly sensitive to smoke and vape mist – this may activate the fire alarm. Do not tamper with lifesaving equipment including smoke detectors and fire extinguishers. If you are suspected of doing so you will be required to leave the hotel with immediate effect.
Do you have swimming pool?
We have a vitality pool, Hydro-pool with massaging water jet features and pre-booking is essential.

As a company we are serious about reducing our carbon footprint. We have taken measures behind the scenes to support this, however we also ask for your assistance whilst staying with us.
Turndown Service:
Complimentary turndown service is available upon request, helping to minimize unnecessary towel changes during service. Dial 0 to schedule.
Towels:
- Towels on the rack/rail mean: I am still using it – it will not be changed.
- Towels on the floor mean: Please change it.
Reusing your towels helps conserve water and reduces the use of detergents, contributing to a healthier environment.
Electricity:
Please switch off all lights, electrical devices, and the air-conditioning unit when leaving your room. This simple act helps conserve energy and reduce carbon emissions.
Water Conservation:
- Use the short flush option on toilets when appropriate.
- Fill the basin when washing, rather than letting water run freely.
Your actions help us save water, a precious resource.
Recycling:
Please keep all paper, cardboard and plastic separate and our housekeeping team will ensure they are placed in the recycling bin
