The dark and intimate reception area sets the tone of contrast and surprise, with black glass walls acting as a frame for a tank of Connemara-bred seahorses and bespoke white Venetian plaster concierge wall all designed by Philip Treacy.
The public areas of the g on the ground floor extends to over 18,000 sq ft with three individually styled Signature Lounges and Cocktail Bar, all linked by a raspberry carpeted corridor, an ode to the world of fashion. Wide golden doorways frame the entrance to each lounge. From the exquisite oyster tones of the Grand Salon to the distinctively ‘pink’ Ladies Salon and more masculine blue toned Gentleman’s Lounge, the g Hotel offers a stunning environment in which to meet and relax. Afternoon Tea is served from 12pm to 6pm each day and is €64.00 for two guests. Enjoy stylish surroundings, delicious savoury bites, freshly baked scones served with clotted cream and preserve as well as tempting sweet treats hand crafted each day by the team of Pastry Chefs at the g Hotel & Spa.

Staff were very friendly and attentive. Aimed to satisfy all our needs. We did not feel rushed and felt very relaxed as we enjoyed our lunch.
