Galway’s Best Chef

Regis Herviaux, Head Chef at the g has just been announced as the ‘Best Chef in Galway’ at the regional finals of the Irish Restaurant Awards for 2012. Regarded as the largest and most coveted awards in the Irish restaurant industry, Chef Herviaux will now go on to represent the g Hotel at the National Irish Restaurant Awards. This is Chef Herviaux’s second time winning this award, having previously received this title in 2010.
