Duty Manager
We have an entry point position at Junior Management level in the hotel. This person will be responsible for the day to day operations in the hotel in a 'hands on' capacity and will be actively involved in Food & Beverage Operations, Front Office and Accommodations. Third level qualification in hospitality management or completion of in-house management training programme equivalent is preferred. At least 2 years work experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel is essential, preferably at Supervisory/Junior Management level.
This person needs to demonstrate:
1. Strong management qualities to date e.g. initiative, innovation, excellent communication skills and organisational skills.
2. Established knowledge in wines, food and beverage knowledge at fine dining level.
3. Previous experience in using Opera Fidelio, Micros required.
4. Person needs to demonstrate passion, enthusiasm and lots of 'get up and go', be flexible and adaptable to the changing challenges of our business climate
5. Person must be fluent in English (both verbal and written) and have full permission to work and live in Ireland.

Concierge
The hotel concierge position plays a vital role in the daily customer service operations of our hotel. The concierge is the point of contact for our guests who seek information or assistance during their stay. The concierge position is often demanding and fast-paced. It requires excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
This role involves making reservations for restaurants, spas, shows, special events, transportation of guests to the airport/town etc, parking cars, carrying bags to/from guest room/car, reception check in/out, general cleaning, reception and general cleaningÂ
This person must have a natural ability to communicate
Main Responsibilities:
1. To focus on the needs of the guests and ensure that they are met and that each guest has a memorable stay.
2. To man the concierge desk.
3. To ensure that the agreed standards of service cleanliness and security are maintained in all areas.
4. To be available to attend to guests needs and ensure the highest standards of customer care at all times.
5.To set up, service and clean any conference room or public area as requested, including areas designated by management, to the agreed standards..

7.To carry out any other duties as requested by the Front of House Manager.
8.To ensure that lost property is recorded when found and secured as agreed by management.
9. To carry out any reasonable request made by a member of management.
10.To valet park guests cars when requested.
11.You may also be required to work nights
Required Experience:
1. To have excellent knowledge of the local area.
2. Have experience of dealing with demanding customers.
3. Excellent customers service skills.
4. Ideally at least 1 years experience in a similar role.
5. Computer literate (ideally with experience of Opera and night Audit) .
6. Have a full clean driving license .
